Our journey will begin with a walking tour of the old city center. We will visit the Tsminda Sameba Cathedral - the Holy Trinity Cathedral, which is considered the main temple of Georgia! Nearby is the amazing and unique Gabriadze Theater. Puppet shows and the bizarre architecture of the building gather delighted tourists here day after day.
For those who appreciate the spirit of the times and Orthodox shrines, the Anchiskhati temple will be of interest. Built in the 5th century in honor of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, the temple is the oldest of those preserved on the territory of modern Tbilisi.
Well, we continue our walk and take picturesque photos on the Bridge of Peace. A beautiful bridge in a beautiful place - this landscape will be remembered for a long time: Glass, wavy, in general - an incredible structure.
To soak up the atmosphere of the old quarters of Tbilisi, we will walk along Shardeni Street. We will definitely walk it all the way to the end. Very noisy and bright - look for a couple of places for yourself for the evening, where to have a drink! And here are the world-famous sulfur baths! As A.S. Pushkin said: "I have never seen anything more luxurious than the Tiflis baths"! The baths are called by the charming word Abanotubani, a part of the city right in the center, the domes of ancient buildings grow straight from the ground; by the way, the name of the Georgian capital comes from the word "warm", which in Georgian is "tbili", meaning these very warm springs. Let's go through it and there a real miracle awaits us - a fig waterfall!
Next, we get acquainted with the most iconic places in the vicinity of the Georgian capital. First of all, this is Mtskheta and the Jvari Monastery.
We all recall Lermontov's "Where, merging, the streams of the Aragvi and Kura make noise, embracing like two sisters, there was a monastery" from the poetry "Mtsyri" from school. The poet wrote about this temple from the 7th century. Perched on a hill, the World Heritage Site offers a breathtaking perspective of the meeting point of the two rivers.
Even the peak of Kazbek can be observed from Jvari's area in favorable weather! After that, we'll head out to Mtskheta, the ancient capital, where you can explore the streets, purchase unique handmade souvenirs and Georgian sweets, and—most importantly—see the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral of the "life-giving pillar" (11th century), which is rightfully referred to as the second Jerusalem. Tell us what your greatest wish is while you stand there.

Legend tells it that the Tunic of Jesus Christ, which was brought to Mtskheta in the first century by the Mtskheta Rabbi Eliozar, is buried beneath this cathedral. The Georgian kings' tomb and a portion of the cross where Jesus Christ was crucified are both located in the cathedral.
We return to Tbilisi and take a boat trip along the Kura River to see the city from the water. There we will have a wine tasting.
Overnight in Tbilisi.

You will see amazing views of the "Georgian Alps", mountain lakes that will amaze you with their magnificence, one of which is the mysterious Lake Paravani, and then the southernmost part of Georgia - the famous Vardzia monastery complex. The complex got its name from Tamara's saying "ak var dzia", which means "I'm here, uncle". King George liked his daughter's phrase so much that he decided to make it the name of the entire monastery complex. And then Queen Tamara built a huge cave city, which is a complex system and more than 600 rooms (from cells and chapels to wine cellars and halls), carved in stone! This place not only impresses with its grandeur, amazes with its beauty and picturesque places, where it has been hidden from the outside world for many centuries, but is also, undoubtedly, a great place of power!

Beautiful fountains, pools, breathtaking panoramas and the subtlest aroma of lavender - the whole territory is literally drowning in greenery.
